It's time for a style stopper. I just had to stop Chelsea when I saw her. Her outfit screamed "you must take my picture"! and also her hair ..love it.It was unique how she added a pullover to a collared shirt and the choice of jeans color was pretty dope to me. Also she had a sparkling personality to go along with her stand out ensemble.
