It is winter people and I'm going to be quite honest...I  am not about that workout life when it comes to the cold season. Although I try to stay healthy during this difficult time with all the mac and cheese and pies being made; how can a girl resist?
While discussing alternative smoothies for winter; my husband had an idea. A spinach or kale smoothie! He had once tried a spinach smoothie before,but just wasn't certain about the recipe.
