FOODIE:SPAGHETTI SQUASH CHOW MEIN

Have you tried Spaghetti Squash? No need for the typical noodle oodles anymore. Besides its healthier. It's filled with vitamins such as omega 3 and vitamin a and c.
 All you have to do is peel the squash (which is kinda hard) cut in half ; scoop out the seeds and pop in the oven for a good 30 mins. 

I added veggies to it as well.



Chop your veggies and toss in olive oil and sauté. 
Once your 30 mins is for your squash scoop out the spaghetti like noodles vertically to get long strands.
Combine and serve. Oh and I added some the almighty chia seeds too.
