Create A Easy Healthy Dinner With Full Of Flavor

Do you think eating healthier is hard?Simple ingredients can turn a meal into bleh into wahlah. Today's meal came from "The First Mess" . The main ingredients to this filling dish consists of Kale, and culliflower . I took a Caribbean approach without the culliflower while recreating this. My ingredients included:

Chick peas
Kale
Potatoes
Curry
Turmeric 
Bell peppers
Coconut oil
Ginger
Salt / cayenne pepper 
After soaking the chick peas in water over night then boiling it with potatoes 
In a separate pot combine coconut oil , onions,bell peppers,ginger,turmeric and other ingredients you'd like to add 
After add those to chick pea and potatoes then add kale and mix  

Such a simple filling dinner.Try it
