Enjoy family, loved ones and of course food today. Because it's turkey day!!! lol yea that was corny but as I type this I am about to slave over a hot stove(if that was the right phrase) for the next couple of hours and eat good like a hefty person at a buffet(jus a metaphor not harm intended). My doctor was like natasha exercise at least an hour everyday and i said ok with a smile ... pshhh yea not today. Welp hope evryone reading has a fun gobble gobble day and ooo I hope the thanksgiving parade isn't done ..anyway enjoy your food lol.
