Simple 15 Min Morning Yoga


My morning yoga/meditation routine has helped me with flexibilty . As well with welcoming a new day of oppurtunity and blessings with gratefulness. 
My routine consists of Down Dogs, Flat backs , back bends and Chaturangas.
For new comers here is a simple 15 min. wake up intro.
